Paul, a Chartered Construction Manager with over 20 years’ experience, founded Hawksmoor with a passion for precision and excellence. Trained as a high-end carpenter, he blends innovation with meticulous craftsmanship to deliver bespoke, high-quality projects. Committed to superior workmanship, Paul ensures every build reflects Hawksmoor’s unwavering standards and dedication to client satisfaction.

Founder & Managing Director
James joined Hawksmoor in 2021 and brings over a decade of industry experience, supported by a BSc in Quantity Surveying. With a strong analytical approach and close attention to detail, he focuses on improving processes, supporting delivery and maintaining consistency across the business.

Operations Director
A third-generation construction professional, Rowan has extensive experience delivering prime residential projects with leading London contractors. He is focused on strong client relationships, effective leadership and efficient delivery, while also supporting the training and mentoring of teams across Hawksmoor.

Projects Director
Simon brings over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with specialist expertise in the super-prime residential sector. He leads with a strong commercial understanding, covering cost planning, procurement, contract negotiation and project delivery, while helping maintain Hawksmoor’s high standards of quality.

Simon Martin

Commercial Director
Helena joined Hawksmoor as Office Manager before moving into procurement, where she now oversees supplier relationships, purchasing and cost optimisation. With a proactive approach and strong organisational skills, she supports smooth operations while helping maintain quality and collaboration across the business.

Procurement Manager
Andre has over 22 years’ experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. Having progressed from Site Supervisor to Construction Manager, he brings strong technical knowledge, hands-on leadership and a practical approach to overseeing site teams, subcontractors and project delivery.

Construction Manager
Luke began at Hawksmoor as a Site Manager before progressing into project management. With hands-on, multi-trade experience, he works closely with subcontractors, architects and clients to support smooth delivery, uphold high standards and ensure each project is completed with care and precision.

Shahadat is a qualified accountant with over 12 years’ experience across practice, industry and construction. He specialises in financial reporting, compliance, financial control and process improvement, using finance and technology to improve efficiency and support better decision-making.

Doxia brings over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry and provides key support to the leadership team. Known for her organisation, reliability and positive approach, she helps coordinate schedules, support daily operations and keep communication running smoothly across the business.

Executive Assistant
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in London’s super-prime construction sector. Originally trained as a carpenter and joiner, he combines practical expertise with strong leadership, supporting quality, programme certainty, stakeholder coordination and cost control across complex residential projects.

Jason Mansoor

Project Manager
Ola joined Hawksmoor as a Marketing Assistant before moving into buying and quantity surveying, driven by her work ethic and commitment to development. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying and continues to support the commercial team’s growth.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Mike brings strong experience in super-prime residential fit-out, from complex heritage restorations to luxury new builds. Working closely with architects, subcontractors and clients, he has a meticulous eye for detail and a calm, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality results.

Project Manager
Dan joined Hawksmoor after building experience in high-end residential construction in London. Originally from New Zealand, he works closely with subcontractors, in-house craftspeople, architects and clients, bringing a precise, professional and collaborative approach to every project he supports.

Libby supports project delivery and cost management while studying for a BSc in Quantity Surveying. She brings enthusiasm, attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn, continuing to develop her professional skills while contributing to Hawksmoor’s commercial team.

Vish brings over 35 years’ experience across construction, project management and quantity surveying. With deep expertise in estimating and cost management, he supports the pre-construction phase with a detailed, strategic approach that helps ensure accurate and competitive project planning.

Louise has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, with strong knowledge across office management, compliance, accounts and health and safety. Organised, detail-focused and confident in communication, she helps create a smooth, efficient and well-supported working environment.
